The NEW LIGHT OPTICS OM4 Fiber Cable is used for high speed fiber
optic networking applications in buildings, data centers,
telecommunications, etc, also referred to as MM, MMode. It is
typically used for vertical pathways, shafts, and spaces between
building floors. This LC fiber jumper is designed for performance
and built to last in rough, high density cable environments, most
commonly used for schools, healthcare facilities, and government
buildings.
OM4 Multi Fiber Patch Cable is manufactured with the highest
quality corning optical fiber. Connector 1 is terminated with a MTP
female (no pins) multi-fiber push-on style contact connection.
Connector 2 is also terminated with a MTP female (no pins)
multi-fiber push-on style contact connection for reliable
connectivity in compact, high density fiber patch cable
environments. Each MPO/MTP multi-fiber connector has 12 x 50/125
optical fiber strands in a plenum jacket that is fire retardant,
water resistant and free from electromagnetic interference.

fiber, standard jacket Plenum MPO Cable w/FiberShield is designed
for light to medium duty indoor applications such as data-center
racks and desktop/network connections. Optional MTP Elite (US
Conec) low loss connectors available. PFPM-JM312NXP05 is ROHS
compliant according to ROHS2011/65/EU and come with a 10 year

The laser optimized multimode 40G/100G structured cabling employs
parallel optics transmission. MPO is one of the complementary
technologies which enables the development and deployment of
parallel optics device. Designated within IEEE-802.3ba standard for
next generation 40G/100G Ethernet transmission speeds, it specifies
to form a 40G Ethernet by using four 10G channels to transit and
four 10G channels to receive over a 12 fiber MPO connector.
Likewise, a 100G Ethernet is to use ten 10G channels to transmit
and ten 10G channel to receive over a 24 fiber MPO connector.
